Strictly Regulate "Wildlife Services"

Wildlife Services is misnamed, but more importantly, it uses taxpayer dollars to indiscriminately and inhumanely kill wildlife. With the GLOBAL wildlife population down to ONE THIRD of the 1970 population, this federal agency under the U.S. Department of Agriculture is acting in a wreckless capacity and must be brought under strict regulation.
I care about this issue because I am a feeling human being, and I understand that wild animals (all animals) are not only important to humanity's physical and emotional survival but that they are people too and deserve protection from murder.
